Ben Giddings

With more than 25 years’ experience in digital communications, I help companies make their website and online channels work smarter and connect with the right people in support of real-world objectives.

I’ve worked on pioneering projects across both public and private sectors, from launching the UK site for Monster.com, the 454th dot-com ever registered, to rolling out the UK Government’s GOV.UK website, one of the most successful digital transformation projects of its kind.

I’ve advised companies in ecommerce, cybersecurity, cosmetics, and professional services. And with a mix of corporate, government, and SME experience, I understand what makes a website functional, visible, and aligned with business goals and audience needs in a range of settings.

I’ve led virtual teams delivering coordinated digital communications across four continents. And I’ve given training and presentations on digital communications and content strategy from Bogotá to Bangkok and beyond.

I’ve also written a lot. Everything from web copy and blogs to reports, video scripts, and training materials – as well as a book on wine.
